4. Oversee details and communicates with others and management

5. Coordinates own work flow

6. Training level 1 and 2 employees

7. Programming Topaz X from start to finish

8. Programming board loader

9. Programming 265DEK

10. Basic high speed maintenance on all machines

a. Grease and lube

b. Clean machines in all areas

c. Clean nozzles

11. Assembleon GEMX Accelerated User Certification

12. Know how to use CAD2 CAD software

13. Create reflow profiles for BTU oven

14. Write GPP templates

15. Create reflow profile for rework machine (Airvac)

16. Create new vision files for Topaz X

17. Advanced maintenance for ALL equipment

18. Know how to use analyzer of X-ray machine

19. Know how to use Metcal VPI1000

20. Assembleon GEMX Maintenance Certification

21. PPS

22. Monitors and take corrective action for maintenance schedule for prototype area and high speed line

23. Machine troubleshooting for prototype area and high speed line

24. Supervises levels 1-2 work routine quality of output and issues


Driver

This position is also responsible for company driver duties which include:

 Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License

without any infractions

 Deliver shipments to customers

 Run company errands

 Maintain truck cleanliness / maintenance

Must be able to work O.T. as needed and will crosstrain in other departments during slow times.


Test Technician

Testing

1. Power up and function test on various micro controller boards

2. Build test fixtures

Programming

1. Learn MJS programmers

2. Investigate and learn any new programmers MJS will need to buy in the future

3. Knowledge of IC programmers

4. Program all components MJS utilized on the boards

Troubleshooting

1. Accurately and timely troubleshoot boards that do not pass testing

2. Pass boards along to the production department for repair

3. Perform minor repairs

Prototype Building

1. Building breadboard prototypes for engineers

2. Knowledge of basic soldering skills

ISO 9001 Requirements

1. Update an maintain all ISO requirements that encompass the engineering department

2. Passing along test reports to the production manager

3. Create drawing for projects

4. Update parts lists that originate in the engineering department

5. Calibrate all calibrate equipment

6. Maintain calibration log

7. Document test procedures on all projects

8. Maintain test procedures log

9. Represent test department at ISO monthly meetings

10.Prepare ISO monthly reports

Computer Skills

1. DOS knowledge

2. Windows 95 or higher

3. Excel

4. Word

5. Outlook

Customer Interaction Duties

1. Communicate with customers when problems arise with their supplied tests, master chips or master diskettes

2. Solve problems with customers in a courteous manner.

3. Discover possible problems before it is the day before the deadline
