Business Development Executive
Business Development Executive. Pay DOE plus commission, F/T with benefits, Exp. required, Responsibilities include new business development, cold calling, scheduling and participating in presentations, scheduling offsite meetings, trade show events, networking events, attendance at weekly sales meetings, some travel required. Join the MJS sales team.  We are a small, growing electronics manufacturing company valuing quality and effort. A territory will be assigned to this position.

Responsibilities include: Strip & crimp, lugs, shield termination, RF termination, soldering, continuity and functional testing of wire harnesses and electrical systems, system builds, and other duties as required.

Office Manager
Pay DOE with benefits including major medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance as well as a 401k program for all full time employees. Background check and hair analysis drug test part of screening process. Responsibilities include: manages a staff of four administrative assistants (including AP/AR) and a part time custodial engineer. Handle employee issues – which includes attendance, payroll, monitoring sick/vacation days, employee disciplinary meetings. Interviewing – hiring, orientation for new employees and terminating employees. The Office Manager will be responsible for helping managers with employee reviews and scheduling them when required.
The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating the drug tests for new applicants and other employees as necessary. The Office Manager administers all benefits. The Office Manager must lead the organization of company parties and events. Other duties as required.
The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (extra hours when needed).
